Been back now for about 3 weeks, after being trapped in Ugandafor ten (lovely) days by an Icelandic ash cloud.
Now we are well into the swing of organising our next trip to Masindi, in July/August, and preparing the training we will be delivering for Ka Tutandike, an NGO also working in Uganda to improve literacy children.
Our next fundraiser is the London to Oxford Bike Ride on 27th June, leaving from Ealing.
COME AND JOIN US IF YOU CAN. The entrance fee is only about £15, and we are joining the fully marshalled ride organised by Clic Sargent, a charity that supports children with cancer. We will be giving 15% of our Bike-Ride fundraising to Clic Sargent for letting us join their ride.
Look up the details on the Bike Events website, www.bike-events.co.uk, get out your lurex, helmet and vaseline...then join us for a fun day as we ride through the Thames Valley and the Chilterns to the dreaming spires of Oxford.
Hope to see you there and get as many people as you can to sponsor you in support of Redearth Education, working in Africa to unlock children's potential.

The Last Supper
Hi! We're back. No longer stuck in Africa and everyone's back in harness.
It was a really wonderful trip, perhaps we can punctuate in this way: mounds of earth in the middle of the road, motorcycles along the banks of the lake, the children, the people, the schools, the outstanding country, lions, giraffes, elephants, hiking, the falls, the heat, the dinners, the camp, the songs (!), the beers, the really wonderful company.
See you all soon, more blogs to come shortly...
